Deborah Vogds



Deborah serves as Paralegal to Attorney Alesha L. Burnash assisting with her family law practice.  Her work involves case management, file organization, drafting pleadings and client communications, discovery review, trial preparation, interacting with judicial assistants and court clerks and close monitoring of court dates.  Her assistance is invaluable to Attorney Burnash and enables her to focus her time and attention on further development and growth of her family law practice.  Deborah holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science-Secretarial from Kalamazoo Valley Community College as well as an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies (ABA-Approved Program) at Davenport College.   Deborah also serves as Client Intake Specialist to the firm which consists of answering phone calls, vetting clients and directing them to the appropriate attorney to assist them with their particular issue and scheduling appointments.  Deborah’s daily dedication to delivering the highest quality service and care to Herbert Machnik Law Firm and its clients makes her an integral part of the Herbert Machnik team.
