Biography
Manda serves as a Legal Assistant in the Estate Planning and Probate teams at Herbert Machnik Law Firm. She primarily assists Attorneys Benjamin Herbert and Laura Volkmann in the preparation of estate plan documents, case management, drafting and filing documents and pleadings and acting as a liaison between clients and their attorney. In addition to a B.A. in Paralegal Studies, Manda has extensive experience in the legal field, both in private practice and with the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office where she worked as a legal assistant on over 2500 cases from the Michigan Child Support Information System. Attention to detail along with a steadfast commitment to clients and the successful resolution of their legal matter make Manda an excellent addition to the team at HMLF.
In her free time Manda enjoys boating and being out on the lake, camping, and spending time with her children and family.
