Matthew J. Dunckley J.D.

Attorney Matthew Dunckley serves clients in the same manner in which he served the public during seven years of federal government service–with excellence and diligence. He achieved an outstanding legal education from Regent University School of Law and graduated from the Honors Program in 2016. While serving as an attorney advisor for Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations, Matthew diligently adhered to federal regulations, helped members of the public by explaining federal hearing processes, and produced award-winning work products throughout federal service. Matthew focuses on social security disability, business law, employment law, real estate law, and civil litigation as he applies the attention to detail demonstrated during federal service.

Matthew grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, and graduated from Northwestern Michigan College with highest honor in 2010. As a Michigan native, Matthew enjoys fly-fishing Michigan’s blue ribbon trout streams, visiting Lake Michigan beaches, and being up north when time permits. He served in the music ministry at church and earned scholarships for playing the electric guitar. Service to others characterizes Matthew’s approach to life and legal practice.
